APPLICATION PROCESS & ELIGIBILITY

The Principal Applicant must be a minimum of 18 years old.
The Principal Applicant must satisfy the basic qualifying investment under one of the four investment options.
The Principal Applicant, their spouse, and all other dependents over the age of 16 included in the application must pass due diligence background checks.

Dependents that can be included in the application:

Spouse
Children below 18 years of age
Children of the Principal Applicant or their spouse between the ages of 21-30 years who are financially dependent on the applicant
Siblings of the Principal Applicant under the age of 18 and unmarried
Grandparents and parents of the Principal Applicant or their spouse who are aged over 55 years and financially dependent on the Principal Applicant
Children or parents of the Principal Applicant or their spouse of any age who are physically or mentally challenged and fully supported by the Principal Applicant.

Applicants belonging to any of the below-mentioned category are not eligible for St Lucia citizenship program:

Application with misrepresentation of any information
Mentally incapacitated as determined by a court of law or health practitioner
Faced conviction for any criminal offence except a minor traffic offence
Has been declared bankrupt by a court of law
Person who had faced visa denial from any of the countries to which St. Lucia offers visa-free travel and he/she has not subsequently acquired visa to the same Country.

Step 1: Eligibility Assessment

Step 2: Due Diligence

– During this stage, the CIU will perform due diligence procedures on your application. We ensure that any queries arising from this process are promptly and efficiently addressed. The CIU will then provide one of three decisions: Approved in Principle, Delayed for Cause, or Denied.

Step 3: Application Submission

– Our team of experts will guide you through the preparation and submission of your application, providing assistance and guidance as needed to ensure a smooth process.

Step 4: Passport Issuance

– After the approval in principle of your application, you will be required to pay the outstanding government processing fees along with the investment or donation amount. Once these requirements are met, your passport application will be submitted to the CIU. Upon successful completion, the CIU will issue the Certificate of Registration and passport to you.

Real Estate Investment in a Government Approved Project

Minimum Investment	-$200,000 (Irrespective of the number of dependents that are included in the application.)
Due Diligence Fees	– $7,500 (Principal Applicant) – $5,000 (Spouse) – $5,000 – Dependent 16 years and older
Government Administrative Fees	– $30,000 (Main Applicant) – $45,000 (Main Applicant and Spouse) – $5,000 (Dependents under 18 years old “Only for the first 4 dependents in the application “– the fifth dependent onwards is charged at $10,000 per dependent regardless of age) – $10,000 (Dependents 18 years and older)
Other Applicable Fees	– Passport Fees

Purchase of Government Bond - National Action Bond (NAB)

Minimum Investment	-$300,000 (Irrespective of the number of persons in the application)
Due Diligence Fees	– $7,500 (Main Applicant) – $5,000 (Spouse) – $5,000 (Dependents over 16 years)
Government Processing Fees	– $2,000 (Main Applicant) – $1,000 (Each Dependent)
Government Administrative Fees	– $50,000 (Per application)

Donation to the National Economic Fund (NEF)

Minimum Investment	– $100,000 (Main Applicant) – $140,000 (Main Applicant and Spouse) – $150,000 (Main Applicant, Spouse and up to 2 other Dependents) – $25,000 (Each additional Dependent “Without Spouse”) – $15,000 – (Each additional Dependent “With Spouse”)

Minimum Investment	– $3.5m (Single Person Investment in an Approved Project;) or – $6.0m (Two or more persons make a joint investment in an approved project on condition that each person invests a minimum of $1m.)
